Looking for a password suggestion tool?

This tool will suggest a password for each web site by using two sets of data. First, your root password, which is probably going to be changed once or twice a year, and is unique to you as a person key. Second, the URL of the website you are on. With those two sets of data, this program will generate a password that is unique to each web site you visit. Uses fairly strong encryption, would be difficult for a hacker to compromise. Exceeds the legal limit by millions of times the maximum cipher size allowed to be exported outside of the United States under law, so this product is restricted to United States residents ONLY.
